Researcher in Political Science at the Department of Social and Political Sciences of the State University of Milan, where she teaches European political and social model system – as part of the degree course in political science – and coordinates the Interdisciplinary postgraduate degree in Rights, Labour and Equal Opportunities (DiLPO).

Research interests: social policies in comparative perspective, with particular attention to the development and reform processes of social inclusion policies and combating poverty in European context.
