Paolo Zanarella was born in 1968 and he is known as “the piano player out of place”. In the past eight years he has been independently touring the roads and squares of Italy with his baby grand piano in order to bring music everywhere, especially in places where people least expect it, thus making the most secluded corners of each city open-air theatres. In 2015, when he was asked to officially open the Carnival in Venice in worldwide broadcasting, he invented the experience of flying with his grand piano suspended in the air. The poetry of music combined with the wonder and amazement given by the visual effect. He normally proposes personal compositions that draw the interest of the critics, social media and the people he meets everywhere he goes. National newspapers and TV networks have long been following this special way of bringing music to people with great curiosity and interest.
