Associate professor of sociology at the University of Trento, where she teaches general sociology. She is the author of numerous essays on new forms of participation and critical consumption and co-editor of the magazine “Participation and Conflict”.

Research interests: social movements and collective actions, new forms of political participation, environmental sociology and sustainability, changing consumption and tourism patterns, political consumerism, collaborative consumption and sharing economy, local food, sustainable culinary systems and community development, research methods and techniques.
